TMZ has obtained a photo of the bloody wound suffered by the man allegedly hit in the head with a champagne bottle last night by San Diego Chargers star Antonio Cromartie.

The victim, who has asked not to be identified, tells TMZ he blacked out after being hit and has no recollection of what happened. His friends, however, claim they saw the whole thing -- and witnessed Cromartie smash a bottle of Moet into the victim's head.
Before the incident, the friends claim Antonio had been hanging out with fellow Chargers defensive stars Shaun Phillips and Stephen Cooper when "a bunch of people" began spraying champagne all over the dance floor.
During the "celebration," the friends claim Cromartie took things too far and "out of the blue" approached them and smashed the bottle into the back of the dude's head.
After the attack, the victim was taken to a local hospital, where he received three staples and underwent a CAT scan.
Law enforcement sources tell us Cromartie is still under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon -- so far, no arrests have been made.

His big claim to fame is jumping out of a trunk naked -- and his parents couldn't be prouder!

We got a clothed Ken Jeong waiting to pick up his parental units Saturday at LAX -- very cool by the way -- where he said his mom and pops had actually seen "The Hangover" in all its glory ... and were watching it again on the flight.
FYI -- According to Ken, the plane version ... not as genital heavy.

Dr. Conrad Murray's patients aren't gonna let a little something like the death of Michael Jackson keep them from seeing the good doc ... in fact, most of them couldn't be happier.
Since Dr. Murray is now back in business, we called a few of his patients to see if they were just a lil' skittish.
Jack Hammond, told us Dr. Murray saved his life twice in the last ten years ... and he "couldn't be more excited."
Everyone else we spoke to was just as upbeat. Eliza Robertson said she had already seen Dr. Murray and would "recommend him to any of my friends."
We could go on ... but you get the point ... Dr. Murray isn't losing any business because of MJ. And he needs the business.

Candy Spelling has settled up with her ex-maid.
You'll recall -- and we'll never forget -- Tori Spelling's mom was sued by Lourdes Serrano, who claimed, among other things, Candy was a tightwad boss, making her clock out for 10-minute breaks twice a day and not paying the downtime.
We just got legal docs showing the case settled last Tuesday. The terms are confidential. We're told the maid got chump change -- but someone in Candy's camp said, "Maybe in maid money it's a lot."

Chris Brown's denial tour 2009 continues ... he just filed legal papers claiming he's not to blame for a nasty accident at a sports club in Los Angeles.
Brown was sued by a paparazzo (not ours) back in May. Robert Rosen claimed he fell down a stairwell at an LA Fitness club after being chased by Brown's bodyguards and was then allegedly assaulted.
Brown has just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming he's not responsible for the injuries because LA Fitness didn't properly maintain and supervise its operation -- we're assuming that means keeping photogs out of the joint.
The incident occurred a month after Brown assaulted Rihanna.
Brown claims ... if Rosen gets a judgment, the cost shouldn't be on his shoulders.

John Kerry's daughter is free and clear this morning... because the L.A. City Attorney has decided not to prosecute her for DUI -- that's what law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story Alexandra Forbes Kerry was busted by the LAPD early Thursday morning, but her blood alcohol level was .06 ... under the legal limit of .08.
The City Attorney typically doesn't prosecute cases with a .06 ... so the decision to reject the case is pretty routine.

Here's the kind of "Twilight" merchandise you really don't want your kids getting their hands on -- baggies of heroin with a cartoon of Rob Pattinson's face printed on them.

DEA Special Agent Erin McKenzie-Mulvey tells us the heroin baggies with "Twilight" characters were seized recently in West Hempstead, Long Island. The "Twilight"-themed baggies have been gaining popularity over the last couple of months.
New York Special Agent in Charge John Gilbride tells TMZ a dime bag of heroin in New York is cheaper than a six pack of beer.

Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston, TX patients may be interested .... the Texas Medical Board is investigating the good doc.

And law enforcement sources tell us the Texas Medical Board has been working with the DEA on the Conrad Murray probe.
Dr. Murray's rep could not be reached for comment.
